^ This, but you have to save the page as a .swf file. If you're using Google Chrome, do Ctrl+S and it should default to being saved as a .swf file.

you can use remote links to .swf files and open them in Flash projector directly. Technically it is the same as if you opened .swf saved locally.

You can use orape and download the clean client.

I'm pretty sure that hasn't been needed for a while now, you can try not enabling it and it should connect to prod
(source: trying to make a testing client, wouldn't default to testing)

It does default to testing I believe, it just auto-checks "Connect to Production" so stupid people can play.
