The only problem is that it doesn't always trigger at the right moment (ex: when i'm using snipers, it doesn't work 80% of the time).

Using this version and the one before for like 10~ games, haven't got banned. Thanks, great! I just really hate the F10 exit button, since my steam overlay is on F10.

Since the original one is marked detected, this one should be as well right?

I'm still using it with no VAC yet here.
