No, it's server sided.
It's possible. Anything is possible. You can hack anything. You can hack servers also but hackers who can do this are busy doing other things.

It's server side, even if you did use it you would be HWID banned and everything would be removed from your account in a matter of minutes.
And the hacker would have to hack the server himself/herself and they would get the same treatment as above, so it's just an endless loop.
