Looks kinda... Ugh, I know.

Usually logo's should be inline with each other, and the most effective ones are simple and eye catching. This one achieves simple, but not the eyecatching. Also, if I wanted to know what this logo company was about, I would have no idea. Just for instance, SONY is in a tech-kinda font. So you immiediately think it's something to do with technology.
