Express Passes?

Are express passes worth it?

I'm going to Universal Studios Orlando after Christmas and it's gonna be pretty ugly there with the lines.

Would you recommend spending the $35 to get the pass?

yes. if you actually want to enjoy

At some times, the express line is so crowded, that taking the non-express line is faster.

Yeah but remember you can always leave the express line if the other line is shorter

Definitely, same with the Fast Passes at the other parks.
Cuts down majorly on wait times.

AFAIK, Universal/Disney/Theme Parks give out free passes that are on a higher level than just express passes for free, as long as you pretend you have an illness.
I pretended to have strep throat one day at a Disney, got a pass for free, still not worth it though because park officals stare you down hard. I'd say pretend you have Autism (they count that), so just try your hardest to act like Suicidal.
