How does rep work?
Okay so I'm still kinda new around here and not sure how "Reputation" exactly works and can't seem to find a thread explaining it.. if someone could link me or just tell me that'd be great

you give rep to people you want to give rep,and get rep from people that want to give you rep

The bigger the rep you have the more "trustfull" you are, at the moment you have 10 rep which is what everyone starts with when they register if someone with big rep +reps you your rep will become higher. Also when a person with high rep reps you you don't get as much rep as he does.
-rep is possible and you can get -45rep for example.
When you get a bigger +rep you can eventually rep people yourself.

Rep = reputation which is what people think about you, the higher your rep, the bigger your e-penis.

Whatever your rep power is that is the number of rep you will add to someone's reputation by clicking "Add to reputation".
Ex. I have 7 rep power if I was to give you rep (you have 10) you would have 17 rep.
Give rep to people who have made a trade with you successfully or people who overall deserver it.
10 rep is the starting rep.
Someone said this in another post but negative rep isn't possible on MPGH.

Reputation points are what you get when someone thinks that your post is "good". Its basically a "Like" or a "Retweet" button for MPGH, except this one measures your powers, and is allocated from ALL of your repped posts. If you have more rep, you can give more rep each day. There used to be an option for negative rep, but it was removed.
