- new to hacks on cs:Go got 2 vac bans though, just wondering what does a hash changer do? Is it reliable and does it reduce the chance of getting vacced, how so?

As far as I'm concerned vac does bans based on what exe you're running with a certain hash. All files have a hash and it can be either SHA1 or MD5 and if vac detects one of those hashes it will ban you. Hash changers changes the hash so it reduces the chance of you being caught but there's programs like Overwatch that will also ban you regardless of finding this hash or not.
