You Can Revanche him with other things... Keyloggers are bad =D if there is a public keylogger, and people will post a link, the internet is infected of keyloggers. Any hacks will have a keylogger.
Try Shutdownvirus, Spambots or something like that.
If he is stupid, you can try following:
You can create a shutdownvirus for him with time 60 secs, he can surf this every time, to find a way to stop it. Or more than 60 secs, you have to say he has to put it into autostart xD then it opens itself... he can stop it like this: Start -> Run -> shutdown -a
