Note: This is not a refund, I have seen several posts about users SE'ing this, basically how I would do this is that you get proof that the item will be shipped to my location, and I will then send the payment. Or, if you are trusted, and I mean actually trusted with vouches, and lots of posts, I will send the payment first.
