ToonTown Rewritten Hack?

Hey I was wondering if anyone had or could make a Toontown rewritten hack it is toontown remade by fans who liked the game. I have tried cheat engine and even wpe pro to no avail... The last Toontown hack was a DLL which I suck at coding. Thanks -CODfan3221

Would absolutely love this, particularly a feature to skip battle animations (cogs exploding and maybe gags as well).
