Can I use it without protecting the file? Like without the VMProtector? Or I will get banned if use it without these programs?

Yes you can, just uncheck "Protect File" and execute. You won't get banned unless it's somehow detected, VMprotect and themia is just extra protection.

Also I'm using VMProtect but when I run the exe it through it should I use the .vmp.exe instead of the exe that the loader executes?

edit: When I run the .vmp.exe it cannot find the offsets. But When the exe launches from the loader it loads just fine

2nd edit: Figured it out! renaming it to the same name as the exe thats created then deleting old one fixes it. I missed that on your post guess thats what I get for not reading every thing
