Good for you. But just because you can execute a script doesn't mean its not a detected script. :P
The executer has an inbuilt battleye and custom anti-cheat bypass on inject and if there is a anti-cheat that successfully scans my client the game auto crashes to prevent being banned + i only run scripts that don't use memory so its undetectable.
Those don't work. They show up only locally, if you watch lystics video using this you will see him making a fool of himself.

.sqf doesn't use memory it uses the games scripting language, if you mean C# or C++ thats coding not scripting

It works fine, of-course it is going to show up locally unless you run your script through RE..

You could use SystemChat, but that's local so only you can see it.

Again i will repeat, most scripts that you run will only be local, unless you Remotely execute them (With RE)
Then the effect will be run on everyone and everything as it is the server that's executing it.
TL DR: If you know what you are doing you can get systemChat to show up for all clients.
No response after two days, assuming solved.
