So I bought a new motherboard on amazon.co.uk, the order was confirmed and allfine, and I wanted to buy some stuff off amazon.com too, with the same e-mail adress. Apparently I entered my wrong billing adress, and my accounts on amazon.com and amazon.co.uk got blocked. So I created a new account with the same e-mail adress and ordered the things from amazon.com on the .co.uk site. But since it got blocked, the motherboard doesn't show up in my orders or order history. Will I still be charged or will it still be shipped?

If you ordered a product, you should have been charged immediately. You would need to gain access to the account you used to purchase the motherboard and cancel the order before it has left the shipping warehouse in order to get a full refund the easy way. Or you could return it to amazon when it gets to you.
Tl;dr don't type in the wrong address.

Well I created a new account with the same email, but it's not there in the orders. So...

Because you made the order on a different account xD
I don't understand how you can use the same email twice, but call amazon. There customer service is superb and they'll help you out.
