I don't think you did. I believe a requirement was to be active and more specifically active in the marketplace which I concede I was not but I have seen HeroicXPharaoh in the Marketplace often.

There is one that once got blacklisted for 2 weeks, regardless it wasn't more than a simple misunderstood. As Flengo once said, being blacklisted doesn't mean you're a scammer.
