how do i see the possible graphics card i can put into my system

Depending on the games you play, and if your budget lowers, you can still get great performance with something cheaper.

It's just your processor's GPU. You can use the GPU without any problems.

I would recommend a gtx 970(should still be overkill) instead of the 980 due to the price difference. You only get around 5-10% better performance for $200 dollars more, I dont think you will really notice the difference.
