Your CD-Key Is InValid (FIX)
Hi There,
i see some people finding hard to connect to BF2 Servers due to the error; CD-Key Is Invalid (maybe because they might have the pirated version...*cough* *cough*... no names pointed out)
okay now you are here to see how to resolve this issue it is very simple and straight forward;
Difficulty: BASIC!
Time Needed: 4 Minutes Max
-Start-
STEP 1
What you want to do is to go to Start(bottom left corner)>type in; regedit . and enter
you will be prompt to allow click yes
STEP 2
now that you have that opened go to;
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>(and then)SOFTWARE>(and then)EA GAMES>(and then)>Battlefield 2>(and then)>ergc
if it is not there then follow this;
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>(and then)SOFTWARE>(and then)Wow6432Node>(and then)>EA GAMES>(And then) Battlefield 2>(and then)>ergc
(by the way some may be under electronic arts like mine)
STEP 3
What you want to do now is right click default
and click modify
STEP 4
Now you done that what you want to do is get yourself a key gen if you dont and you already have a key inside already place right before it; x9392
LIKE THIS!
PLACE IT Before the key
(and click OK) And now you done!!! =D go play online..

It doesn't work for me. The game always say the key is invalid ?!
If you want a picture of my regedit I can't O_o Because I don't the permissions ???

I just have question, there is a difference between BF2 and BFBC 2 ?
val45130 yeah there is a very big difference b/w BF2 and BFBC2
GO CHECK GAMEPLAY OF BFBC2 then tell me the difference
