Weepcraft is a popular client nowadays, Nodus is always up there also... Iridium is also another one(wouldn't pay for a hacked client though when there are free ones out there with the same code basically). There is also normal minecraft if you feel like a boss and don't feel like the possibility of keyloggers, passwords stealers, and other malicious software downloaded on your computer. If you do decide that you want to join the other hacked client users though, find the official websites for the client and read all the reviews to make sure it is safe. I would also virus scan it using Jotti, and virus total. Also (this is optional like the start) download good anti-malware and scan it again, just to be sure it wont harm your computer(malwarebytes gives you a 30 day free trial that you can use). It would also help out if you learned how to code a bit so you can create your own aimbot/killaura that suits your preference(you can find tutorials online if you want to learn that way, but I suggest learning java as a whole). Some servers have anti-cheat plugins though so there is always a possibility of getting banned when you install and use a hacked client.
Remember 1 ban can cost you that 1 Admin application acceptance you have been waiting for.
