Teleport cool down
I dont think the teleport cool down is working for me; it never has. I selected it in Orape and made my own client and tested it, but it still does not work. Anyone else know a fix or have this problem?
HelpTeleport cool down
TP cooldown fixes sometimes the teleport process if it fails. It WON'T allow you to spam teleport everywhere.
