well my computer is getting pretty slow i dont know why so i checked my programs folder and there was a whole bunch of crap thats from like different uears but the samething i think i dont need some of the programs tell me witch ones i should delete and how i can make my computer fast again??? do i need all those microsoft visuals idk why theres so many......

Delete it all, reinstall what you want.

all the microsoft visual stuff is from when you install visual studio, it makes like 15 different program entries, if you code, dont uninstall them

delete system32.
get vista repair discs
run repair
reinstall vista
