I don't know the drop rates, but it's definitely faster than Nulgath(Larvae) quest.
I'm going to buy it,waiting for future merge itens.

Yes its good for farming nulgath items, and u can get Blood gem of the archfiend for Golden hanzo set/lesser bloodbeacon polearm

The quests are pretty much the same.
The only difference is a different collored sword that drops on each quest.
