A ban is a ban and it cannot be changed therefore an extra usergroup is not needed

Well I'm sure if they actually looked at your latest threads, they might understand why you were banned.

Besides my online friends all know about post bans so it doesn't matter

Damn I thought David was gonna get post banned and we wouldn't see him for a day. Sux.

OT: It's a nice idea and would be pretty useful, especially for staff. The designs for the tags would need to be altered too. However, I can't see it happening.

No this is a stupid idea. It would require having to manually move people into a usergroup with restricted permissions and it's a bigger pain in the ass then banning people normally is. The point of post bans is to remove you from the site and for other people to think your gone. Having a special tag to say otherwise defeats the purpose and goes against tradition.

I thought was a good idea.
