The risks if you smoke out of a plastic bottle water bong?
Not too much, but the fact that most are made using a tin foil bowl, when you light the tin foil and maby even the plastic around it the fumes of that can be harmful.
So having a 1$ pack of original zig zag's is always a better choice

You could make your'e own awesome bong with a coca-cola bottle leave some cola in it
burn 1 hole just above the cola
Burn another two at the top. (one for your mouth and one for your finger)
And grab a pen which you can demount! stick it on the hole on the bottom put the spliff in the pen and youre all set!

AND HE DID IT WRONG!! YOU MUST KEEP THE RED THING ON THE BOTTLE YOU KNOW THE THING TO CLOSE THE BOTTLE (forgot the name) otherwise it wont work..
