MPGH Rules question

Is downloading dll's against the MPGH rules? for example

>bro injects .DLL in the mpgh attachments
>> the DLL checks for updates on a website
>> the dll finds a update
>> the dll makes a folder with the updated .dll in it
>bro is notified in console

is this allowed?

Even if it's a DLL and updates with no print they won't ever know lmao, lua is easy to see unless you encrypt it which the mods hate lol..
