HelpLooking for a Custom Skype.

Hey guys I am here looking for something that I have no idea if it's actually build-able. Anyways I want a Skype that have commands kinda like Minecraft Servers that I can do to do something. For example, ?ddos (skype name), ?stress (skype name), ?resolve (skype name), ?spam (skype name) (message), ?spamcall (skype name) shit like this.

Pretty sure there isn't a skype client that can stress or boot an ip, and booter websites don't make this type of shit If I recall..

Add me on skype if you are looking for a booter man.

Booters are easy to find
