Yeah Im making a new post give me a couple mins

A piece advise for me about compatibility problem, in regedit go to:

1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/EagleNT
2. Right click on EagleNT
3. Click on Permissions
4. Click on Advance
5. Click on Add
6. Fill in your current windows account name
7. Click on Check Names, if the user name you typed in has become underline, you are on the right track
8. Click on OK
9. Tick Full Control
9. Click on OK
10. Untick "Inherit from parent the permission entries that apply to child objects. Include these with entries explicitly defined here".
11. Click on Remove
12. Now in the list there should only be one account which you have just added, you're done!

This lets u run ca in compatability mode again.

Note: Also do DEP (Data Execution Prevention) method too if necessary.
