I don't understand why you want to be boosted? If you're not ranked there you shouldn't ask people to boost you. If you don't have a team, do what I did. Play 5 - 10 games, find people that are very good, no matter what team they are on. Add them as friends, and get full lobbies so that you don't ever have a random going 2 - 30.
