Found how to fix it. I'm guessing you've played a private server recently. It has something to do with it auto logging into your previously saved credentials. Just right click>settings>allow no space to be used>close>restart.
If that doesn't work, right click>Global Settings (Opens up another window.) > Close Client > Delete All on the global settings (This opens up another window.) > Delete Data > Close > restart client.
This fixed it for me.
