hey im getting the same thing but when i try to download patch. ive redownloaded with setupV30 program multiple times but nothing work is something wrong with nexon ,,,,again?

Once again, must be a problem on their side, I don't know anything you can do but wait until they sort it out... Just keep trying once in awhile and eventually it should go through when they fix it.

When downloading make sure your firewall or antivirus isn't refusing connections, there are several reasons this error can occur, did you try to redownload it again?

it might be your antivirus. turn it off for a while then try.

It only let me go to the start game page, then it said it stopped working

That means the whole server is down....
