if you execute this file, it goes to appdata, so the file can't redirect to the map, so VAC would never now that you use the exe for cheating
he change everytime automatically the md5, and the name of the file which make it safer.

so every file is unic by everybody. so steam would never know that you are using a cheat, they will only know it when you did not close the injector , because that md5 is the same and redirects to the map where the cheats are

so that make it safe
