I posted two clear virus scans and I also posted a clean link to a video so what more do you want for a cheat to be submitted here?

Your file was deleted for "suspcious file and suspicious links." You had the virus scans, but you posted a weird link with it... So that's why it was deleted. Since you don't want to use YouTube to upload a video, you can use Tinypic or imgur to upload a screenshot. Or direct link us to the video and not some shady URL. That's where Color is coming from.
