Besides this it looks pretty cool for some reason its just annoying me

You over sharpened some parts and it starts to get LQ
other than that awesome color and lighting.

I agree and yea what KTN said that one part really bugs me lel

Definitely a bit oversharpened, but other than that it's pretty great.

It looks really flat against a white background, but there is plenty of detail when looking at it on a black background. It is oversharpened like others said however, but I can see how it would be quite hard to bring the intricacy into focus without having to resort to the extremes.

Yeah by the time I got to the end I relized it got lp so I tried to sharpen it to make up for it but I guess it didn't work

I don't think I can make a complete tutorial but I can tell you what I did-
So basically I started off with some premade c4d manipulations I did a while back; I took a black and redish c4d chnaged it up with the liquefy and warp tool to a shape that I liked
The other premade I took various wire and small cables from stocks and put them together to help with detailing of the c4ds
After you have your premades it all about composition and how you want the c4ds to look, use the warp and liquefy tools to change the shape
Then I took some effect bubbles and made the background
For the lighting in the foreground I used lighting fractals
You can also use a small soft brush + sharpening it to create sparkles too
That's basically it, it takes a while to get the details but once you make a good amount of premades you could probably recycle them in other tags too

It gave me an idea but I cant manage to make it.
Thanks anyway. If possible, record a video making a very simple tag and showing me the details OR send me a PSD with this one, AND a couple of premades, so that I can check how do you do things. I wont ripoff because I only post here and if I tried I'd be caught immediatly. tried following your hints above but failed to do it. Probably because "lack of decent stocks" and "unable to make the sparkles".
