AS3 Rebuilding error
I finally figured out how to do this sooo yeah. But now i get 34 errors when i rebuild :/

You need to make sure that NuGet packages are managed for the solution. From what I see, the solution is either missing GeoAPI and NetTopologySuite, or they aren't properly added into the solution. Right click your solution and click on "Manage NuGet packages for solution...".
Then try building.

I dont know what I did but I downloaded the source again and its fine now
