Developing a new server!
Welcome to our new Private Server 
We are beginning to develop a new private server called Elemental Chaos Realms.
We are in need of a few Developers Beta Testers, and Moderators.
Requirements
Developer
Must know how to setup AS3 client and source, and a good general idea of how to use Intellji... (thanks to @Color's Sheep for premium )
Must be active in Skype and must make commits to source often.
Age must be above 13/14
Need to be active 3 times per week..
Have a large amount of knowledge on private servers in general, client editing, source coding etc.
Be nice to fellow staff members/don't argue frequently.
Be serious, there is a time to joke and have fun, but when you need to be working on source focus and try your hardest.
Have a good attitude/personality, don't isolate yourself from the other staff members.
Have fun and remember how far private servers have came, and if something doesn't work out keep trying.
Moderators
Know the rules , and how to enforce them appropriately.
Don't abuse commands, mods will have commands so they can enforce rules, don't abuse your powers.
Mods are just barely above players, don't let your ego get to your head.
Know when to be harsh, and when to be lax, you don't always have to be harsh.
Be active on server 3 times per week.
Have some previous moderation experience on other servers.
Beta Testers
Know how to judge a items effectiveness and overall use.
Be active, at least 4 days per week.
If you're judging an event/dungeon, play the game normally and take mental notes on what a player would think (ex: hard/easy/fast)
Talk with other Beta Testers before you tell someone what you think about the item/monster.
Post the position you're applying for.
Post the reason you should be chosen/previous experience with private server.
And post your Skype, if I add you on Skype, further questions will be asked, then you will be approved/denied

We will be using the AS3 client/source, and mainly Skype and ******* for commits. If you cannot setup the source on bother applying for dev
