I need help boosting

Hey guys im not here to say I suck too much to get a rank it is just that nobody wants to work together. I have my team mates running through mid on Dust 2 while AWPers are sniping them. I just canno get a team that will communicate. Anyways to cut to the chase im unranked need 4 more wins if anyone could get me to silver I would be very happy. I NEED FREE BOOSTING PLEASE!
