C++/c#
Have a Skype
Be a good mod
Have skype
Possible HTML knowledge
A PayPal
Know how to make ranks
Have experience with private servers
MySQL servers
And Web servers
Skype me at MELAR

Why is C++ knowledge required?
Why do we have to have 2 skypes?
Why do we need a paypal?

You need one Skype. C++ is needed for special cases. And PayPal for payment.
