Need Amazon refund(s)

I don't own a credit card, and I'd like some items

So basically, I shall pay you with PayPal for the item. Once you buy it and get it refunded, you will return part of the money and keep some as the fee

Not more than $100 worth of stuff. Any well-known refunder who can do this for me? + If the refund fails, you'll have my money anyways

This is called Buy4U, and will probably be outlawed here due to scams. It's hard to find a legit Buy4U.

Why not get a debit card? its really easy to get one.

I can do it for you. What item do you want? I can even do it first before you pay me. Basically, you'll give me the shipping address. That's all I need. Then once you got the item, you will pay me 50% of the item's price.

I dont think Buy4U's would cost that. And its prohibited here IMO.
