Could do with some help :)

Hi, I've done quite a few trades on MPGH now but I haven't gotten a vouch yet. So I asked the person, who I most recently traded with, to leave a vouch. But they said my visitor messages option isn't on my profile. I checked my settings and they are allowed, I even reset my settings and it's still not there. Could someone please help? Thanks.
