Server not working

Port forwarded, changed IP on client on yogda, changed list.cs, don't know what's wrong. Power went out.

Can you please explain by what you mean "Server not working"?

Are you saying that it doesn't start up?
It doesn't load you in because the ip that you tried to port forward with doesn't work?

We need a better explanation as there are many solutions for that and what you are asking is not broad enough
