The contrast is way too high. Unfortunately your focal is centered, and although it still looks good, you should work on the rule of thirds (it applies to focals just as much as it does to text).

Your effects are nice though.

But zomg its bright.

I know that people already said this but yeah..bg is just too bright. Text would look nicer in a darker color,Part of the render is really bright too. 7/10 Not bad, but I've seen some better work from you.

Really bright, next time blur his tie region or smudge it a little bit in a second dup layer and lower the opacity a little bit

after that:
Layer>New Layer
Image>Apply Image
Filter>Other>High Pass
Set to soft light, lower the opacity to make a really nice focal
