this may be posted in the wrong sub forum (if it is then please move it) and it may be just stupid...
anywas i have been having this problem that i there is no bar with bb code (img, video and Smilies etc)
i havent really cared thinking it would go away but its annoying then im trying to realese something

and i can still use bb code with pages like this http://www.mpgh.net/forum/misc.php?do=bbcode and http://www.mpgh.net/forum/misc.php?do=showsmilies
and bb code and Smilies are on

i dont remember when this started but it may or may not be over a infraction by Flengo for bumping in general...

Infractions wouldn't affect that, so I doubt that's got anything to do with it.

I am also using Chrome, and I do not have that issue. The first few things I will say, is make sure you have the latest version of Chrome, and also make sure to delete your cookies/cache. Also make sure that you have this option selected under http://www.mpgh.net/forum/profile.php?do=editoptions.
