He meant visual studio. bloodx doesn't have a settings.ini file which is why he referenced it.
I'm just going to cook something up of my own

would be glad if someone would make a thread how to get the offsets but if nobody would it would be great if someone could share them every update

they are shared every update, infact, a guy called bloodx updates a public cheat
