Hi, sorry for asking another question so soon. If people send me a payment on PayPal is it final, or is there a way of them cancelling the payment? So for example, the buyer sends me the money and I give them the items, but they cancel their payment and get the money back. Thanks and sorry for the questions

Buyer can charge back at any time, there are no seller prrotections. Stop using shitty payment systems.

YOu want true seller protection? For large sales this is the guaranteed way to have paypal side with you as a seller. Force buyer to purchase items/account as a GOODS/SERVICE , not friend family. For this transaction they must supply an address. Simply mail to this address a plain post card or letter with *delivery confirmation* (a mere $1.00 at USPS) and this proves you sent the buyer the item in the eyes of paypal. The delivery confirmation proves the item was delivered to the address they supplied. Done deal.
