HelpWeired Client Lags

Since ~3 Days I have weired Client lags.
After I joined exactly 3 portals, the client just creates a giant oryx lag which never Stops.
The Problem is not my Connection, I played in Browser ~2h on a NPE and everything worked fine. I use an Orape Client and no Proxy. Any help?

EDIT:
The Lags now start instantly after I enter the nexus. I cant play this game anymore .-. PC Restarts dont work.

Could be Fullscreen, I Would try lowering the Fs Distance.
Also Try Changing your FPS Limit.
