take space from media and fire put it together

Instructions:

Move d3dx_35 and FB.dll to ur combat arms folder
Run Ca and it will inject FB.dll to it
A little meesge will appear if injected correctly press ok in it
Ingame press f10 and u will see enemys

This does WORK.
There is no backdoor trojan. FB.dll is packed with Themida, that is the only reason why your anti virus might detect it.FALSE POSITIVE.
