WTTWin a PayPal dispute !

Hi , i have bought a Intro for Dacho Designs it's a GFX but he didn't give me the intro and don't answer me on Skype so i want open a dispute on PayPal but how to win it ? The ammont is 20€ i will give 5€ if you help me ! Thanks !

As long as you payed for it as a business payment, and he can't prove he's sent it (I can't think of any definitive proof you can't lie around easily), then escalate it to paypal support and it's almost definite you'll win. If you sent it as a payment to friends or family I have no idea of how to win it.

Lol i know how to charge back with friends or family... not saying i do but how do we know u aren't trying to scam him and got stuck?
