Error code -2, 10060

Whenever I start combat arms it says Can not connect to server. Please try again or visit combatarms.nexon.net
Error code= -2, 10060

People say it's because of updates or stuff but my brother is playing perfectly on another computer. I have reinstalled twice. Any solutions?

i have XP got the error code -2, 10061 (different). ive redownloaded CA 3 times still same bs. they "say" its because CA just updated, but still hasn't changed
