Question about Enigma Protector

What does enigma Protector actually does to the hack program and does it actually Help sort of Camouflage the detected hacks.?

It obfuscates the hack so the signature changes.

That's a big maybe. For Merccy's hack then you should be fine but for other hacks don't bother cause other people also use Enigma. Don't hash change, it's useless.
