Game has to be windowed, fullscreen windowed mode. Aero has to be enabled.

To stay safe encrypt file, run from pendrive, remove pendrive, lunch game.

Set mouse sensitivity in game to 2 and check if its beter, try to use custom aimbot and play with speed and smooth the higer value the smoother and slowe it is.
