Problems with promo retail code of warrock generator.

Hi, I'm having problems with my VIP. I reactived it and now tryed to regenerate a code fr warrock retail, but it does not work and says "invalid vip, please visit mpgh". I tryed to insert a new mpgh vip autentication code with generator, but it's the same. So now i cant use ur retail promo code hack. How to make it work?
