Posting this from an alt account because my first one must've dropped from the edge of space :

TAC Ban (and VAC possibly) very likely possible for no-recoil however the VSAT hook should be fine. Do not touch the no-recoil values more than once.
ATIV also have hands on this forum recently so don't overuse your hooks to go though walls.

Either way at the moment the risk of ban is quite low however it seems they have sampled the earlier hook from 1.5 weeks ago, so wary of overusing it.

I'd say ban risk at 25% by TAC, 20% by VAC, but I don't recommend trying on main accounts unless you seriously want to run the risk of re-buying the game. Reminder that bans by both occur at any random time after the infringement, ranging from anywhere 2 hours or even a few days of purposeful delay.
